Shipping Policies

Canada 

 

FragranTreasures ships your treasure boxes via Canada Post free of charge for all Canadian provinces. For Canadian territories, additional shipping fees may apply. For all orders placed before the 15th of the month, the treasure boxes will be shipped out between the 15th and the 20th of every month so you can smell terrific in the shortest delays. Note that all orders placed after the 14th of the month will be registered for the following month. You can expect to receive your box within approximately 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location and the carrier's demand. Be aware that due to COVID-19, packages may take longer than usual to arrive as shipping carrier companies may experience delays that impact delivery times. FragranTreasures takes no responsibility for lost shipments. Any claims in regards to misplaced, lost, or undelivered parcels should be made by the consumer directly to the shipping carrier.

 

United States

 

FragranTreasures offers free shipping to the Mainland United States. Orders to the states of Alaska, Hawaii, and other insular areas may be subject to additional shipping fees. In addition, orders to the United States may be subject to duty fees or additional taxes. These additional fees are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility. Return & Exchange Policies

Returns and exchanges of products 

The satisfaction of every subscriber is our priority and we always strive to offer you the best service through both our online store as well as in all of our boxes. Part of the service we offer is the experience of new scents, and for that reason, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. Nonetheless, our goal is to create the best possible experience for you. Therefore, if there is a scent you did not particularly appreciate, please get in touch with us and we ensure you we will do better the next month. Moreover, note that it is possible to submit a review on any fragrance you received in the My Orders section of your account. It is also possible to change your perfume preference in the My Subscriptions section of your account at any moment if your initial selection did not satisfy your nose. 

 

Broken or damaged merchandise 

If the contents of your box arrive damaged or broken from shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at support@fragrantreasures.com and we will determine a solution that is most convenient for you.

If the products break during use, please send us pictures of the broken merchandise with a brief description of the issue at hand to support@fragrantreasures.com. Solutions include (but are not limited to) repair, replacement, and refund.

 

Allergies or intolerances 

If you have any allergies or intolerance, or if you are aware of any skin problems (sensitive skin that typically reacts to scented products for example), please contact info@fragrantreasures.com before subscribing so we can provide you with any additional information. Your well-being is a priority for us. However, be aware that we are not health care professionals. Consequently, we do not have the necessary training or knowledge to guide your personal decision. Make sure to consult a health care professional before applying any product you are unsure of. We deny any responsibility for your personal decisions with regard to using any of our products. In addition, if you are unaware of any ingredients contained in the items included in our boxes (comestible surprises), please contact us at info@fragrantreasures.com before consuming or using any of them.
