As a company based in Canada, we operate under the federal Privacy Act which means your information is protected, you will always be aware that your information is being collected, and you have the right to access this information at any time. If a visitor decides to subscribe to our mailing list, we will ask for contact information. The objective of the mailing list is to deliver updates, promotions, discounts and perfume-relevant content. Subscribing, creating an account as well as providing any personal information are all at the discretion of the user.
In the event of a purchase, the information provided can be used in the commercial transaction with other companies such as shipping couriers, credit card companies, and banks. FragranTreasures associates will have access to this information in order to perform necessary actions such as responding to requests or fulfilling orders. In order to offer you the best service we can, we point out that it is your responsibility to inform FragranTreasures if your contact information has changed. Personal information can be viewed and edited by users through their account when logged in.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
